Submit a Support Ticket

Help Resources:

Support can be requested by sending in a request using our ticket system.

Find your answers online with any one of these resources:

a) The Help Centre, or 

b) Chat with an agent using the chatbot, or

c) Submit a Support Ticket

You may want to submit a ticket for 

a) someone to contact you about a specific issue and 

b) to talk directly with an agent. 

c) something else.

Submit a Ticket from the Help Center:

There are two places to access our help center.


From the website menu.

From a link (direct).

        Selecting Help Centre from the menu:

        Send a Support Request.

        Once you are in the Help Center....

        1. Select the 'hamburger' in the top right submenu.
        2. Choose to Log a Ticket from the options.

        Choose "Submit Ticket" to send us a service request and log a ticket.

        Exit this page and return to the website using any of the other options.
