How-to work with "Harlo" the AI Chatbot

Open a Chat Session
- Locate the AI Chatbot at the corner of your screen.
- Click on the "We're Here" message to open a form.
- You will be asked to enter an email address to chat with the AI bot.
- The conversation with 'Harlo' will start.
- Note:
- Harlo the AI Chatbot 'works' during regular business hours
- We ask for your email to follow up if it does not answer correctly.
- The bot is in training and needs questions, please talk to it!

.....Then a conversation with 'Harlo' will start.
Note:

Harlo might ask you first.....
The chatbot might also ask if you would like to read the companies policies before getting started or while you are browsing the website.
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the companies policies and processes prior to using our services.
Get Links to Resources
Harlo can answer your questions and will suggest answers.
You can also search the knowledge base using the chat.

The chat might be limited to searching the knowledge base for answers if;
- The AI chat is over it's quota for the month....
- It is outside of extended business hours.
Get Transcripts of Your Chat
- Select the menu in the top right corner
- Choose to recieve your transcript.
